Lilikoi Kitchen is a Chef-Driven neighborhood cafe that offers artisanal cafe items from Locally roasted espresso to hand crafted paninis, brunch, salads, acai bowls, dinner, small plates, bespoke desserts & custom catering. Our team loves to connect with our community and guests, we pride ourselves on serving amazing food with warm smiles! Meet Chef Bianca
HEAD CHEF & OWNER OF LILIKOI KITCHEN + TAILOR MADE CUSTOM CATERING

As a child Bianca relocated from Southern California to Hawaii to help look after family affairs and throughout the years she would travel back and forth from the mainland to Hawaii. Bianca met her Hawaii born wife in Los Angeles and planned to move back to the islands to open her businesses and raise a family. Bianca loves to spend time with her Wife and 2 children, travel, cook and spend days at the beach.
Bianca’s passion and love for culinary arts started when making family meals with her Great Grandmother and Father at a very young age. Her Great Grandmother was a chef, and her father was always in the kitchen creating new recipes. After High School, she attended The Art Institute California-Los Angeles, where she earned a culinary arts and management degree .Bianca is a classically trained chef that worked in prominent hotels and country clubs in Los Angeles and Las Vegas. She also has fond memories of catering for the weddings & events of major sports teams. She started Tailor Made Custom Catering in 2019, Lilikoi Kitchen in 2023 and 2nd Lilikoi Kitchen in 2025, on the island of Oahu.

Bianca is passionate about sourcing high quality food, scratch cooking, supporting local & connecting with the community. It's special to her to have multiple business concepts because it gives her the opportunity to use her attention to detail & be a part of others' most memorable moments.
